11月15日，我校国际合作与交流处邀请丽水市公安局莲都分局民警曹起和来校为留学生做法制及安全教育讲座。
Our school organized a legal and safety education lecture for international students. On November 15th, the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of our school invited police officers from the Lishui City Public Security Bureau's Liandu Branch, Officer Cao Qi and others, to give a lecture on legal and safety education for international students.
曹警官的讲座结合一个个生动鲜活的案例，从我国《出境入境管理法》《禁毒法》《治安管理处罚条例》《道路交通安全法》等几个方面进行讲解。他指出，留学生们应自觉遵守我国法律；关注自己的签证期限，不要造成非法居留；不参与非法就业活动；远离毒品、不涉毒；拒绝不良生活习惯，不酗酒；骑电动车时自觉遵守交通规则，珍爱他人和自己的生命安全。最后，他勉励同学们在华留学期间要加强中国法律法规的学习，自觉遵守中国法律和校规校纪，增强个人安全意识，扎实地掌握专业知识，毕业后返回自己的祖国，报效国家。
Officer Cao's lecture, combined with vivid and lively cases, explained several aspects of China's laws, including the Exit and Entry Administration Law, Anti-Drug Law, Public Security Administration Punishment Regulations, Road Traffic Safety Law, and others. He emphasized that international students should consciously abide by Chinese laws, pay attention to their visa deadlines to avoid illegal residence, refrain from engaging in illegal employment activities, stay away from drugs, refuse unhealthy habits such as alcohol abuse, and observe traffic rules when riding electric bikes to ensure the safety of themselves and others. Finally, he encouraged students to strengthen their study of Chinese laws and regulations during their study in China, consciously abide by Chinese laws, rules, and regulations, enhance personal safety awareness, solidly grasp professional knowledge, and return to their homeland after graduation to serve their country.
