BEc(Hons.) E-Commerce


The E-Commerce program is an interdisciplinary field integrating management, computer science, marketing, law, and modern logistics. It is recognised as a distinctive specialty in Zhejiang Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and aims to become a first-class specialty in the 14th Five-Year Plan.


The program emphasizes the development of innovative training schemes and models. It seeks to cultivate professionals with modern management and information economy concepts, proficient in information technology and comprehensive electronic service skills, possessing solid professional foundations, good knowledge structures, and certain Internet innovation and entrepreneurial qualities. Graduates are expected to adapt to modern commercial operations, professional management, and technical service needs in contemporary society, equipped with practical operational abilities in various e-commerce models (B2B, B2C, C2C), online marketing, e-commerce website management and modification, customer service and management, new media operations, suitable for employment in commerce-related enterprises and network service enterprises.
